BAKEMARK UK APPOINTS TWO NEW KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS

BakeMark UK, based in the Wirral and Manchester, has made two new appointments within the Artisan and Craft sector to compliment its regional sales teams.

Garry Russell joins the company from Dawn Foods as the Key Account Manager for Scotland. Garry’s new role places him in charge of over 100 bakery accounts across Scotland, where he will be liaising with wholesalers and individual bakeries.

Currently living in Airdrie with his wife and five year old daughter, Garry trained at the Glasgow College of Technology and started in the industry in a bakery manufacturing role at the age of 17. Garry is keen to get started within his new role and help develop strong relationships for BakeMark in the area.

Teresa Grant also joins BakeMark UK, as the Key Account Manager for South East England. Joining the company from The Fine Food Company with extensive international experience (having previously worked on accounts in China and Hungary), Teresa was drawn to BakeMark for its strong European presence. A keen hockey player, Teresa lives in Norwich with her husband. Teresa has over 15 years’ experience within the food production industry and will be key to developing accounts across the South East.

Iain Davie, Sales Manager of BakeMark UK, comments: “As a multinational company with a strong investment and record in research and development, it is imperative that we communicate with our customers on a regular and personal level, to keep them abreast of news and to enable them to communicate any needs to us. Garry and Teresa will join our team of experienced managers to ensure this two-way process remains at its current high standard and we welcome them aboard.”
